We use this information solely in connection with the services you request from our site, and do not share it with third parties for any other purpose (we would, for example, provide your shipping address to our shipping carrier). We monitor visitor traffic for ordinary analytics purposes, and may store or share this data with analytics and advertising partners (such as Google and Facebook) for this limited purpose. Your name, address and order history are stored in a secure database, and are subject to Canadian privacy protection laws that prohibit unauthorized use or disclosure. We will not resell your personal information for any purpose without your consent.
You can update or erase the customer information you have supplied to us from with your My Account > Account Information page. Contact us at [email protected] to request permanent deletion of your account, or of items in your order history. There may be some information that we cannot delete, e.g. if it is required for accounting/tax purposes, or if it is relevant to a fraud investigation.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay (and, indirectly, any other payment methods accepted by PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay). All transactions are protected by commercial grade encryption. You will receive immediate confirmation if the transaction processes successfully. The Apple Pay option will only appear when using the Safari browser on a supported Apple device.
Your payment information is collected on a form securely hosted by Braintree Payments (a PayPal service). We do not store or have access your credit card information for any period of time.
