To provide the best customer service possible, live chat is regularly available on the site. The live chat is manned only by Party Specialists residing in Canada whom have the knowledge and authority to make immediate decisions for our customers. Additionally, all emails to the Contact Us section of the site are usually answered within 3 hours or less (from 8 am to 5 pm). All orders are shipped out of our main Ontario Warehouse only. As a practice most orders are shipped next day but this may vary at the busiest times of year. The EDD (estimated delivery date) given to customers at checkout is the best estimate of when your order will arrive but is not a guaranteed date. Please note that if you purchase items from our wholesale warehouse (as noted in the product information section of the item) that you need to add an additional 2 days to your EDD date to give us time to transfer the item to the shipping warehouse.
