Includes one Class of 2024 Religious Grad Personalized Name  and School Name Vinyl Decal, measuring approximately 12"x12". Assembly is Required. Inflate the balloon using a balloon pump, electric pump or helium. Do not use your mouth to inflate. Peel off the adhesive transfer paper and press the vinyl letters onto the provided 24" Clear latex balloon (once inflated). This product includes 2  Clear 24" Balloons. Class of 2024 vinyl decal is already included.
